Privacy Policy

Legacy Lift respects your privacy and is built to handle source code responsibly, consistent with India’s DPDP Act, 2023 and the GDPR where applicable.

Code you submit

We do not store your source code. Files you paste or upload are processed in memory to generate your report and are discarded after the response is returned. We do not use your code to train models.

AI processing

When AI enrichment is enabled, a representative sample of your submitted code may be sent to our model provider via a gateway solely to generate the report narrative. We use providers with zero-data-retention configurations where available.

Data we do collect

• Aggregate, anonymous usage analytics (page views, scans completed) — no code content.
• If you purchase a plan: your email and payment metadata (handled by Razorpay/Stripe; we never see full card details).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com.
