Terms of Service

By using Legacy Lift (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. The Service analyses PHP source code you submit and returns architecture, security, and modernisation information.

Use of the Service

You must own, or have permission to analyse, any code you submit. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you upload. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty; analysis output is advisory and may contain errors or omissions. Always review findings before acting on them.

No guarantee of completeness

Static analysis cannot find every vulnerability and may report false positives. Legacy Lift is a tool to assist engineers, not a substitute for professional security review.

Payments

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay and Stripe. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes (GST for India). See our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy Lift is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months.
