Refund & Cancellation Policy

One-time Repo Report (₹2499)

Because the report is generated and delivered digitally, we offer a refund if the report fails to generate or is materially incomplete due to a fault on our side. Email us within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and we will investigate and refund eligible cases to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Pro subscription (₹999/mo)

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next renewal. We do not charge cancellation fees. Partial-month refunds are not provided, but you retain access until the end of the paid period.
